Attentive property staff at the reception desk. Central location short walk to the lake in walking distance to cafe/restaurants, coles and a great over water boardwalk, the fountain at the bottom of the stairs and beyond, it was in a family friendly area. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

Excellent service, clean room, friendly staff.
Poor sign-age had trouble finding it, breakfast was extremely expensive.

The room was well furnished and brand-new. It had a microwave oven, tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge. It looked out to the lake. A great value stay at the Esplanade Motel in Warners Bay during the April holidays. the room was modern and had all the amenities I needed, including a microwave, coffee making facilities, and a fridge. Plus, the view of the lake was a lovely touch.

Quiet, as back from main road. Balcony overlooking lake (though main road separating). Great breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff.

Location. Friendly staff. Free movies.
Dated/tired decor, especially the bathroom. Very loud air conditioner. Water saving shower head - had to spend twice as long under shower as normal. Have stayed in better accommodation for the same money.
